This week was all about getting back into my fitness routine. Usually, I can muster the energy to get up to work out in the AM about 3 times. This week? Only once. But at least it was once.
Yoga has been a great addition to my workout routine. It doesn't burn many calories, but it I can certainly feel it the next day. And I know as I continue to do it, I'll become stronger and more flexible. Plus, every session comes with a
Monday: 40 minute incline walk, squats, lunges, push ups, crunches
Tuesday: Sick day, nothing
Thursday: 50 minute run/walk, squats, lunges, push ups, crunchs, bicep curls, lateral raises
Friday: 30 minute incline walk, crunches
