Rave Reviews and Giveaway!

Have you heard I've been running lately? No? I didn't mention it? Psychhhh. You're probably sick of hearing about it and how awful it is I'm trying to do a 5K in a month.

And while I run, I need some gear. My iPod, iPod arm strap, proper attire, comfy kicks, watch (for timing intervals), and now? My Bondiband. Never heard of it? I hadn't either until I read a review of one on another blog. I knew I needed to have one (or several.) I sweat when I run. Yep. And not the "glistening" kind. The gross kind. Drippy, stingy, in my eyes kind.

Enter Bondiband. Not only does this thing keep my hairs out of my face, but it also keeps the runny sweat off of it. Here's me and my schweaty self with my Bondiband. And I even put arrows pointing to it....for extra emphasis:

Want one? I know you do. Well, the fine folks at Bondiband have one for me to give to one of you lucky readers. Here's what you've got to do to win:

First, you must be a follower of my blog, but you don't have to be a blogger to enter.

  • Comment on this post telling me why you need yourself a Bondiband.
  • For one additional entry, tweet about this giveaway including the link. Come back and comment letting me know you did.
  • For one additional entry, post this on Facebook, including the link. Come back and comment letting me know you did.
  • For two additional entries, blog about this giveaway, including the link. Come back and post a comment (with your blog link) letting me know you did.
You have until Friday at noon to enter. I'll post the winner and some AWESOME coupon codes on this week's Fitness Friday!

Good luck!

What a great idea for a givewaway. I'm always looking for the next best thing to create the illusion that I'm not sweating too much :) You should check out www.onemoremilerunning.com. They have workout gear with cute sayings that's cost effective, which is even better.

ok, so I tried to become a follower of your blog. Hopefully I did it right, but I do read this religiously!
I need one of the Bondibands! Why? Because I would use the heck out of it! If it is designed to keep the sweat from dripping down your forehead, I would totally use it when I am cooking, cleaning, doing dishes, working out, walking the dog, ironing,... I could go on and on because I sweat like no other!

I need a Bondiband! I have done an insane amount of sweating this summer and salty sweat in the eyes is unacceptable. I've been noticing lots of ladies at the gym wearing sweat bands and thinking it was about time I bought one. Winning one would be even better!

I need one of these!!! I have a huge head and those dainty little stretchy headbands for working out? Slide right off! Plus, I sweat like a man. Always. So, like the above comment, I will use this ALWAYS! Ha! I'm running a 5k in 3 weeks and need to get my butt in gear & start c25k'ing it again... need motivation to not have to walk half of it!

New follower too, :).

Why do I need a Bondiband? Because those elastic bands don't stay on my head. I usually have to wear two at a time. It's not like I have thick hair...they just don't work.

Heather,

I'm fat. That means I sweat more than most. And starting Monday I will be doing the "Insanity" workout, which is design by the guys that created P90X. It would be nice to have something to keep the sweat out of my eyes while my heart bursts out of my chest.

I posted this on my blog, which then auto posts to my twitter, which then auto posts to my facebook. All that ingenuity should count as 26 additional entries.

Why I need a Bondiband?

I probably sweat more than your husband. Sadly. I used to have a shirt for soccer practice that said, "I'm not sweating, I'm SPARKLING." That's how much I sweat.

And my wedding is in 65 days, so the Bondiband would jump-start my need for serious motivation to exercise more.

And I like free stuff.
